PARKING LOT CLEANING
Our business takes great pride in our work. We take our time to make sure the asphalt is cleaned and prepped properly prior to our services. We make sure all edging is clean, all overgrown weeds around and throughout residential and commercial properties are removed, and blown off for a professional clean.
We offer a clean and prep for residential driveways which includes:
The cutting back of grass to make sure all asphalt is exposed and cleaned properly. We use weed whackers to clean up the edges for any overgrown grass etc. Next, we use wire brushes to get rid of any stuck-on dirt spots, weeds, or sand in cracks. Then a blower is used to clean off any sand, weeds or material on the driveway. If the residential driveway is very dirty a clean charge may be applied to your estimate.
We do not power wash driveways before our services. However, we recommend doing so 24 hours prior to our arrival.
Commercial Parking Lots Clean and prep:
All clean and prep of parking lots will be in your quote in addition to the price of our service. It is important to have the asphalt cleaned and prepped of all sand, stuck on dirt, and weeds to ensure proper application.
If your commercial parking lot needs a heavy clean from the winter sand, we offer parking lot spring cleaning. We use a skid steer with a sweeper attachment and pick up bin. In addition, we use backpack blowers and wire brushes to get around building, and the outer property outline. After completion all sand will be taking off site.
