All our Sealcoating Services are completed in the following steps:

Step 1- Asphalt prep

Asphalt prep includes lawn edging to remove any grass that has grown over the edges of the asphalt to ensure a complete and proper seal. We use weed whackers to get rid of any weeds or bushes that are growing over the asphalt. Wire brushes are then used to clean off and dirt spots, oil spots, as well as the dirt in cracks. Once the asphalt has been cleaned, we then use backpack blowers and industrial blowers to clean off all dirt before application.

Step 2- If required any oil spot will be treated before sealcoat to ensure proper bond.

Step 3- Brushes are used to hand apply sealant around curbs, walls, or stone work to ensure there is no over spray.

Step 4- For our residential customers we use brooms to apply our sealer right out of the trailer onto the asphalt. This form of application insures for a thicker coat to be applied. We use our professional spray unit to spray an even single layer of sealant onto the parking lot. After all jobs are completed, they will be flagged off to avoid any traffic before cure time of 24 hours.

Residential Sealing is hand applied for a thicker application, and you don’t have to worry about any overhead spray.

Commercial Sealing is applied with our high-quality spray machine. We cut out the edges with a brush and finish off with our spray system.
